Muay Thai and Karate
This class focuses exclusively on striking and stand up techniques. It is a combination of karate, boxing, and muay thai.
This class includes grappling, takedowns, self defense, and conditioning. We combine techniques from Brazilian Jiujitsu, sambo, judo, and wrestling.
Kettlebells are Russian weight training tools that provide improved strength, balance, and flexibility. The workouts are challenging and fun. We put an emphasis on proper form and safety while weight training.
This class incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
