Our facility is home of the top martial arts programs in the area. We train in Brazilian Jiujitsu, Muay Thai, Karate, and Boxing.

We are proud to offer both adult and youth martial arts courses, as well as incredible kettlebell workouts. No experience required.  Our coaches are known for high level instruction, patience, and experience.

PROGRAM DESCRIPTIONS

Muay Thai and Karate

This class focuses exclusively on striking and stand up techniques. It is a combination of karate, boxing, and muay thai.

Brazilian Jiujitsu

This class includes grappling, takedowns, self defense, and conditioning. We combine techniques from Brazilian Jiujitsu, sambo, judo, and wrestling.​

Kettlebell Training

Kettlebells are Russian weight training tools that provide improved strength, balance, and flexibility. The workouts are challenging and fun. We put an emphasis on proper form and safety while weight training. 

Yoga

This class incorporates breathing exercises, meditation and poses designed to encourage relaxation and reduce stress.
